The Armando holiday flat is located above Pianello del Lario on the upper floor of a rural Lombard house nestled in the countryside. The flat has a double bedroom and a bright open-plan living area with two cosy open fireplaces and a pull-out sofa. From all rooms you have access to the large, furnished balcony, which extends across the entire width of the house. From the balcony you can enjoy marvellous views of the lake, the mountains and nature. On the ground floor is the garden, which you can use together with the landlords. There is a lawn with a sunbathing and play area as well as a dining table. The garden is rustic, lovingly landscaped with many plants, flowers, fruit and vegetables, as well as a chicken enclosure.

Bright and spacious comfort in an Italian-Lombard country house ambience with terracotta tiled floors, the open-plan living area offers plenty of light and friendliness.

The holiday flat is located on the upper floor of an Italian country house with a balcony facing the lake and a communal garden. The hallway connects the living area with the bathroom and the double bedroom.

The open-plan country kitchen with dining table leads into a small living area with fireplace. Four steps lead to the main living room, also with a sofa and fireplace.

The double bedroom and the bathroom with washbasin, WC, bidet, shower and bathtub are located on the south side of the hallway.

From all rooms you have access to the large balcony, which stretches the length of the house.

Pianello del Lario has beautiful, partly flat beaches and long coastal paths - approx. 800 metres away.
You can reach the town and the beaches in 5 - 10 minutes via beautiful paths.
Ideal for couples who want to enjoy a holiday in a relaxing location, as well as for nature lovers, hikers and mountain bikers. The flat is cosily furnished in Lombardy style and is practical and spacious.

The landlords, a friendly, helpful and courteous elderly couple, live in the same house and are always available to guests. On request, they offer fresh eggs from the henhouse as well as fruit and vegetables from their own garden.
There is a public car park about 200 metres from the house at the entrance to the village. Steps and natural stone paving lead to the holiday home. The village is largely car-free.

A deposit of the tour price is due upon receipt of our booking confirmation. The deposit is between 20% and 30% of the tour price and is determined according to the specifications of your contractual partner/owner.
In the case of hotels and some domicile rentals, the balance must be paid on site. This will be stated in the booking confirmation.
The balance is to be paid by bank transfer 3 weeks before the start of the trip. For bookings made at short notice from 21 days before the start of the trip, the total price is due immediately.
We will be happy to provide you with the name and address of your contract and rental partner on request.
Please understand that, for reasons of discretion, our rental partners do not wish to appear online.
We are happy to answer your questions to the best of our ability - we know all the vacation homes personally and visit and evaluate them several times a year.
