The flat is located on the first floor of a two-family house and is just a short walk from the lively town centre. The balcony is furnished with a small table and chairs, ideal for that first coffee in the morning or a cosy glass of wine in the evening.

A gate leads across the driveway to the house and into the fenced, plant-filled garden with sun loungers and dining table for sociable meals and get-togethers.

The flat is located on the upper floor of the house with two flats. You enter the house via the shared staircase. A corridor leads to all rooms in the flat.
In the living room you will find an antique dining table with 4 chairs - ideal for cosy meals, living area with sofa, fireplace and TV and a piano. The new sofa bed offers additional sleeping space for 2 people. The piano is the namesake of this attractive holiday flat and can be played by musical guests.
The fully equipped kitchen opens onto the balcony. Enjoy your breakfast with a view of the green hills and the lake.
Two spacious bedrooms await you. Both face the garden and offer plenty of sunlight through the large windows. The comfortable double beds invite you to enjoy restful nights.
The modern bathroom has a walk-in shower cubicle, washbasin, WC, bidet and towel warmer.
From the balcony, which runs around two sides, you can enjoy a breathtaking view over the rooftops of Gravedona and Lake Como. A perfect place to end the day.
The furniture in the flat is a mix of antique mahogany pieces and modern elements. Real wood parquet flooring has been laid in the bedrooms, while the hallway and living room feature Lombard tiles.

In Gravedona on Lake Como you will find shallow, child-friendly beaches with sweeping views to the south.
There is a small lido with a kiosk and toilets at the mouth of the river.
The Pianoforte holiday flat is characterised by its central location, but at the same time offers peace and quiet, as it is situated in a side street and offers a wonderful view.
In Gravedona you will find charming shops, first-class restaurants, the market square, the harbour and the picturesque old town. There are other residential and holiday homes in the quiet neighbourhood.
There is ample public parking next to the house. The driveway can be used for loading and unloading.

    Wir waren das erste Mal am Comer See. Die Anreise war etwas beschwerlich aber mit einer Zwischenübernachtung gut zu bewältigen. Der Norden des Sees hat uns besser gefallen als der mondänere Süden. HieRead more..r war alles noch etwas ursprünglicher, natürlicher und nicht so überlaufen. Zu unserer Freude gab es sogar einige gut ausgeschilderte Radwege, diese konnten wir in keinem Reiseführer finden. Im Gegenteil, es wurde eher vom Radfahren abgeraten. Das Auto blieb stehen, für weitere Ausflüge, z.B. nach Como und Bellagio haben wir die Schiffe genutzt. Gravedona hatte alles was man braucht, nette Lokale, Supermarkt mit Frischetheke, Schiffsanleger, interessante Kirchen und einen schönen Strandabschnitt. Unsere Ferienwohnung Pianoforte war sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und gut gelegen. Wir haben besonders den Blick vom goßen Balkon auf den See und die Berge genossen. Mit den Eigentümern standen wir in regelmäßigen Kontakt. Von ihnen bekamen wir zahlreiche Tipps für Ausflüge und Restaurants etc. Alles in allem war es ein sehr schöner Urlaub.

    Die Wohnung ist ein Traum! Sehr persönlich und hochwertig eingerichtet. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin wahr nett und unkompliziert. Die Lage in Gravedona ist perfekt, in weniger als 5 Minuten ist man an Read more..der Seepromenade mit Supermarkt, Fähranleger, Eisdiele(!), Bars und Restaurants. Die Seepromenade ist verkehrsberuhigt, insbesondere am Abend ist dort eine wunderbar entspannte Atmosphäre. Kostenloses Parken ist in der Straße oder in der Nähe möglich. Zum Strand in Gravedona kann man laufen, der Strand in Dongo ist gut mit dem Fahrrad erreichbar, sonst ist das Auto besser. Uns hat es rundum gut gefallen, und wir kommen gerne wieder!

The balance is to be paid by bank transfer 3 weeks before the start of the trip. For bookings made at short notice from 21 days before the start of the trip, the total price is due immediately.

Please understand that, for reasons of discretion, our rental partners do not wish to appear online.
We are happy to answer your questions to the best of our ability - we know all the vacation homes personally and visit and evaluate them several times a year.
